Psychotherapy

Recovery is about more than just coping — it’s about feeling safe, seen, and supported. Our psychotherapy services provide a compassionate space to explore trauma, anxiety, body image struggles, and the challenges of everyday life. Using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, our therapist works alongside you to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.

Length of sessions: 50 minutes
Format: In-person (Logan Square) or virtual in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Florida

Nutrition Services

Healing your relationship with food and body takes more than a meal plan — it takes care, compassion, and collaboration. Our nutrition counseling goes beyond “what to eat,” focusing instead on food freedom, body trust, and sustainable nourishment. Together, we’ll work toward breaking free from food guilt, restoring balance, and learning how to listen to your body’s needs without fear or shame.
