Co-Founder & Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
she/her/hersMariya is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and co-founder of Willow Recovery Group. She is passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for people to process trauma, explore their relationship with food and body, and navigate life’s challenges with compassion. Mariya specializes in trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, multicultural experiences, and life transitions, blending evidence-based approaches with a deeply relational style.
Her clients describe her as warm, grounding, and supportive — someone who walks alongside them through both the hard and hopeful parts of recovery.
Outside of her clinical work, Mariya enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and being with loved ones (including her pets, who often serve as her best “co-therapists”).

She specializes in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and nutrition counseling that emphasizes compassion and liberation over diet culture. Kelsey has worked across all levels of care, including inpatient, residential, PHP, and IOP, and brings that depth of experience into her work with clients today.

When she’s not with clients, Kelsey can often be found playing volleyball, trying out new restaurants around the city, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
she/her/hersJordan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life transitions, and other mood-related concerns. She is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, integrating evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, self-compassion, and a person-in-environment perspective. Jordan believes therapy is most effective when built on trust, authenticity, and genuine connection.
Clients often describe Jordan as warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. She is someone who meets clients where they are at, while helping them build practical skills and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Outside of the therapy room, Jordan enjoys getting lost in a good book and spending time with her beloved fur babies.
